(Must be placed on a Dreadlands Mountains Biome at Y=40)

Trivia

- Stepping on top of this Altar infects entities with Dread Plague so long as they stand on it. Infection lasts for 5 seconds after stepping away from the Altar. Skeleton Spawner Dread Spawn farms a possibility?
