Omothol is the third dimension in Abyssalcraft.
Overview[]
The sky is black and does not have a day/night cycle.
Once the player has entered Omothol, they can leave through the portal they came from.
If the player dies, they will respawn in the Overworld.
Mobs[]
The following mobs populate Omothol:
- Remnants
- Omothol Ghouls
- Omothol Wardens
- Minions of the Gatekeeper
- J'zahar, Gatekeeper of the Abyss (doesn't spawn naturally, but he is summoned here)
Traveling to Omothol[]
- Main article: Gateway Key MK3
In singleplayer, the player must defeat Cha'garoth and transmute the Dread Plagued Gateway Key he drops into Cha'garoth's R'lyehian Gateway Key.
The key can then be used to create a portal by right-clicking on the ground. If the player desires to leave Omothol, they must walk through a portal (like in the nether).
Omothol-affected Materials[]
Like in the The End and The Nether, compasses and clocks won't work at all in The Dreadlands.
