The Shadow Beast rarely spawns in the Darklands Mountains , where the player can face this larger Shadow being, which can prove to be a challenge depending on the equipment the player has.
Trivia
- Since there had been plans of adding more biomes when AbyssalCraft was ported to Minecraft 1.7.x, Shinoow decided to add some special mobs who only spawned in one of the new Overworld biomes.
- This is the first elite mob that spawns in the Overworld.
