The Shadow Monsters are always shrouded in smoke, and avoids sunlight (regardless of the fact that they don't light on fire).
The Shadow Monster Spawns in any Darklands Biome, Darklands Catacombs within the Abyssal Wastelands and Dreadlands, or within Omothol and the Dark Realm.
Trivia[]
- Since there had been plans of adding more biomes when AbyssalCraft was ported to Minecraft 1.7.x, Shinoow decided to add some special mobs who only spawned in one of the new Overworld biomes.
